Hôte chaleureuse et réactive. L'appartement est vraiment bien situé et lumineux. Contrairement aux autres commentaires, j'ai trouvé la rue calme (probablement lié au couvre feu), ce qui m'a permis de profiter. Le seul bémol : aucun produit d'entretien (pas de liquide vaisselle, ni torchon, ni balayette) ce qui pour un séjour un peu long n'est pas très pratique. Mais l'appartement était vraiment agréable. Le lit est très grand et confortable, et la pièce à vivre idéale pour travailler, être au calme et pour recevoir. C'est un excellent rapport qualité-prix.

It was a good apartment. Central in Madrid. Wery mush noise from the night club next to the apartment.Good service from the Stop in flat Arcadadia. Chech in and out was easy.

Yolanda was VERY nice and helpful, altho' no one met us to let us in at the appointed time.(15:30) Finally somebody who lived in the building came out and we were able to get inside and begin searching for our apartment. After we finally found it, it was not ready for over an hour, but we were able to leave the luggage in the apartment. The apartment was VERY clean. It has windows on three sides, which is nice. Laminate floor. Seems secure, with three locked doors. Very tiny elevator and a spiral staircase. There is only one thing wrong with this apartment. It is in a very central location, near Plaza del Sol and there is a night club across the street. The first two nights, (Friday and Saturday nights), there was a LOT of noise coming from the night club until around 6:00am! Also, there is a 24 hour pizza place very near, and taxis are lined up in the street pretty much all night on the weekend. Sunday night was quiet. I cannot recommend this unit because of the noise, but if that
