This apartment is like all our apartments, fully equipped and ready for you to enjoy your stay in Madrid. The kitchen has basic utensils, has a full bathroom and two balconies facing the street. The bedroom has a double bed as does the sofa bed in the living room. During your stay you have WI-FI, and 65 liters of hot water.

Also, you can be connecting with our Wi/Fi, exclusive for our clients.  Watch passers from your two balconies or enjoy the sunset. Close to the apartment you can find a mini market, Spanish restaurants and the metro station where you can take the metro or the train.

Perfect location near the city center, aircon, well sound insulated no noise from the street. Comfortable with good self-contained amenities. No keys, used app to open doors. Good security as there are 3 app controlled keycode doors to get into the apartment

Muy buena ubicación en el centro de Madrid, lleno de restaurantes y bares, si bien es un zona de mucha bulla en la noche, el departamento está preparado von doble vidrio y cortina metálica. Piso en edificio antiguo, bien mantenido y amplio muy cómodo para pasar algunos días, no es común un espacio amplio para dos personas en en Centro de Madrid. Recomendable

Excelente departamento super céntrico! Bien equipado y muy cómodo. Pese a estar en una zona de mucha actividad nocturna, con los vidrios dobles podías dormir perfectamente. Defiv¡nitivamente lo volvería a elegir!

I had a very good stay. The location is perfect, it's very close from the famous puerta del sol. Just be aware that it's very noisy at night but if you sleep with earplug you will be fine.

Yolanda's apartment was perfect for my needs, everything was very clean, the location was perfect and it had everything I needed. Communication was also quick and easy.
